We currently have 2 Goldendoodles in a guardian homes, which means that they live with a loving and caring family personally approved by us.
This is such a wonderful program, as it keeps our breeding dogs in loving homes rather than in kennels.
Our guardian dogs live with their families in between being bred and giving birth. These mamas stay with us here at NY Dandy Doodles throughout the whelping and weaning stages. Once their puppies are weaned, between 6 and 8 weeks old, they return to their guardian families.
When our guardian dogs are ready to retire, they already have a caring family and a permanent home where they will spend the rest of their years.
The guardian dog program allows for us to provide wonderful puppies for you while compassionately caring for their mamas throughout every stage of their lives. Guardian dogs get to experience the affection of a family always.

Salsa is a red abstract Goldendoodle with beautiful melty brown eyes and a wonderfully textured loose curl coat. She has stunning puppies in many colors!
Bouncy and fun-loving, Salsa enjoys playtime. One of her favorite things to do is bound through the snow like a long-legged jack rabbit. She is also a snuggler, and will lean in or flop across laps belly-up for all the pets.
Salsa is currently part of our guardian program. She lives with a homeschooling family nearby and spends her days hanging out with all of them. She is very good with children and handles the bustle of a busy household like a champ, both with her family and when she comes to stay here with us. She is completely and utterly devoted to her human mama, as her mama is to her. We are so blessed that she is able to live in such an awesome, loving home!

Miss Chevelle is a pretty, light apricot color with dark features. She may have a slight wave to her coat but probably will be more fluffy than very curly.
She is Izzy’s daughter, and the newest addition to our program! She was born here and completed her puppy training through our program at NY Dandy Doodles. Around four months of age, she was placed in a wonderful guardian home, where she spends her days hanging out with their family and her “brother”, a service dog who is also a Goldendoodle.
Chevelle loves to play, is very social, and is an all around happy go lucky girl! She LOVES coming to visit, and gets so excited to see us here at NY Dandy Doodles that she practically wags her tail off!

TIA: Easy-going and friendly

Tia (short for Tatiana) is an apricot abstract Goldendoodle with a surprisingly plush coat. She has had beautiful puppies in all sorts of colors that have also been gifted with her amazing and soft doodle coat!
Tia is sweet, quiet, playful, and loves to make friends with every dog she meets. She will bounce around playfully and is very social with and accepting of many other types of dogs.
Tia was part of our guardian program and is now retired! She was such a good and attentive mama and loved puppies. Tia comes over every so often for play dates, where she gets to spend time romping around with her buddies here at NY Dandy Doodles and seeing the puppies.
She is happily living life and loves spending time with her family, going new places, taking long walks, and cuddling on the couch with her favorite person, the family’s daughter. She completely adores Tia, and they spend lots of time together.
We are thrilled that Tia gets to be in such a fantastic home and live permanently with her forever family!
