On a quiet country road in Orleans County, NY, our family is working hard to focus on what matters most: Loving Jesus, loving each other, loving others, loving life. We are in the midst of homeschooling (four graduated, and four more to go!), and have spent the last twenty-plus years doing so.
We have remodeled many homes over the years, flipping houses before it became a “thing.” You could say our kids were raised on home-cooked meals with a side of sawdust.
After all this time ripping, tearing, remodeling, selling, and starting over, we are ready to stay put. We’re in a house that we finished in a location we don’t want to leave. When you come get your puppy, you’ll see why!
While we’ve valued our family pets for a long time, raising puppies is an amazing adventure for us that began in 2021. When deciding on a breed, we knew instantly what we wanted to raise: Goldendoodles. Parenting a child with allergies made that an easy decision. And, having Goldendoodles in our home has made us ardent about their wonderful dispositions in addition to their fluffy non-shedding coats.
Tia was our first breeding dog, and she adjusted well not only to our family, but to her guardian family that has become her forever family now that she’s retired. Salsa is a beautiful red Goldendoodle who also lives with a guardian family that adores her.
Here at NY Dandy Doodles full time are Izzy, an amazingly mellow standard sized F1 Goldendoodle mom, Serena, our sweet and spunky Petite Mini Goldendoodle, Kora, our goofy and devoted Standard Poodle, Pebbles, our Petite Mini Multigen Goldendoodle sire and docile cuddler, and Chevelle, our newest baby girl F1b Mini Goldendoodle. Thank goodness these furbabies are non-shedding breeds! We love them ALL.
The relationship between dogs and their owners is an incredible gift. We take preparing our puppies for their forever homes seriously. This time in their lives is pivotal to the adult dogs they will become. We give them the best start we can, right in our home, and trust that you will continue the process. We look forward to meeting our puppies’ families. Let us know how we can serve you best.
